• Contact us before you sign a purchase contract with a builder.
• Sign up with us, risk free, as your new home buyers agent. If you don't buy a home, there is no further commitment!
• Tell us the area you want to live in. We will help you locate the new communities based on the profile you specified.
• When you select the community you want, we go with you as your agent and sign the referral paperwork.

What You Can Do:

You can look all you want! Walk through the models, take the information packets and drive the neighborhoods. It is very important that when you are out looking, make it clear that you are working with an agent to any salesperson you meet and never sign any paperwork, interest cards, or walk-through logs without us being with you!
